# Team and roles

> Inviting colleagues, and what Admins and Members can do

## Inviting someone

**Settings › Team › Add Team Members** (admins). Type an email and press Enter — repeat for several people — pick **Admin** or **Member**, and press **Add**.

Each person gets an email headed *You have been invited to ‹organisation›*. The link lasts 7 days. They set a password, then sign in. Their name shows as their email until they fill in **Profile**.

On the Free plan a business has one seat, so the button is disabled. Firms on Free have no seat limit.

The first user of an organisation is its Admin.

## Removing someone

**Delete** from the row menu on the Team page. It takes effect immediately with no confirmation. You can't remove yourself.

## Profile

**Settings › Profile**: name, photo, mobile number, language (English and Greek are complete), timezone, date and amount formats, fiscal year end. **Reset Password** emails you a link valid for 10 minutes.
